The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders, quantitative risk teams, and technology delivery organizations while driving Agile/SAFe transformations.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Governance & Delivery: Drive end-to-end SDLC and program execution for complex trading, risk, and valuation systems. Manage budgets, timelines, risk tracking, and executive stakeholder communications.Capital Markets & Risk Expertise: Partner closely with traders, quants, risk managers, and operations teams. Overseas workflows involving OTC derivatives, Fixed Income, Credit Default Swaps (CDS), MBS, interest rate swaps, and pricing/valuation engines.Risk & Analytics Systems: Manage initiatives involving Mark-to-Market (MTM) risk, counterparty credit risk, VaR, collateral eligibility, haircut models, and regulatory compliance (GRC) platforms.Agile Coaching & Transformation: Lead Lean-Agile adoption using SAFe frameworks. Establish Centers of Excellence (LACE), facilitate PI Planning, coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters, and stand up new Agile Release Trains (ARTs).Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate dependencies, integration points, and deliverables across multi-disciplinary global teams.Required Qualifications & ExperienceEducation: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or equivalent (MBA or Master's in Financial Engineering preferred).Experience: 10+ years of Project/Program Management experience within top-tier Investment Banks or Financial Institutions.Domain Expertise: Strong functional knowledge of Front Office / Middle Office / Back Office processes, trade capture, pricing, clearing, and risk management.Agile Leadership: Hands-on experience as an Agile Coach / PM with certifications such as PMP, SAFe SPC/LPM/RTE, or CSM.Technical Background: Familiarity with modern data architectures, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Snowflake, Databricks), Python, or legacy financial messaging/middleware (MQ, TIBCO)
