Port Washington Post Acute is hiring a detail-oriented Revenue Cycle Assistant to manage billing, collections, and business office operations. If you're organized, thrive on accuracy, and want your work to directly support quality resident care, we want to hear from you.
Submit and confirm claims across all payor types (Medicaid, Medicare, private pay)
Manage TARs, Medicaid certs/redeterminations, and CWF records
Process ancillary invoices, refunds, and monthly reports
Oversee A/R collections and resident trust accounting
Maintain accurate records in the EMR and support month-end close
Strong computer/data entry skills; EMR experience preferred
Clear communication with staff, vendors, and agencies
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Commitment to resident confidentiality, dignity, and integrity
