Share procedures between units and contribute to Plant outcomes. Identify and cultivate employees' strengths. Support Shop decisions even in uncertain situations. Offer feedback and ideas for improvement. Boost performance through consistent mentoring.People Developer: Encourage a life-long learning approach. Ensure development via training and social promotion projects. Apply accessible career paths.
